Transaction Failure

If payment is denied by our Payment Service Provider for any reason, you will be made aware of this and payment can be resubmitted.

Membership
 
Your membership will be accepted once your payment has been authorised. We will acknowledge acceptance of the membership and process it accordingly. Before your membership is due to expire you will be reminded of its termination date and offered the option of extending your membership. If you do not extend it, your membership will automatically expire and your company will no longer appear on Safari Planner.
 
Currencies

All payments are transacted in British pounds sterling. If prices for products or services are quoted in any other currency, these will be converted to British pounds sterling at official exchange rates by your card issuer at the time of purchase.
